Job DetailsWhat You’ll Do
- Own the process: Monitor key parameters like cycle times, temperatures, and flow rates to keep production on track.
- Be the problem solver: Troubleshoot issues quickly, run root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Drive improvements: Partner with engineers and teammates to optimize processes for greater efficiency, less waste, and better performance.
- Work with precision: Program equipment based on part specifications, verify materials/colors, and aim for scrap-free output.
- Champion quality: Perform checks and inspections to maintain consistency, catching issues before they leave the floor.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Hands-on manufacturing experience, ideally in automotive or plastics.
- Strong troubleshooting and process monitoring skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate.
